HOW DO I SHIP THE WATCH?
We will send the shipping label to your email. Check your email and print the shipping label. Pack the watch and all accessories carefully with bubble wrap and put it in the watch box. Then put watch box in a slightly bigger box with padding materials. Then seal the box and tape the shipping label onto the box.



I DON’T HAVE THE BOX/PAPERS.
It will affect the price. The paper or warranty card is very important when trying to resell. Box and packaging not so much but they still play a big role while trying to resell.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A QUOTE?
Under the normal circumstances it takes between 12-24 hours. In order to give you the best price we sometimes may need another 24 hours.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET PAID?
Less than 24hours for Bank wire, PayPal for a US account.

I PACKED MY WATCH, WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
When you are ready to ship your package, either schedule a pick-up or take the package to any authorized UPS or FedEx shipping facility. DO NOT DROP your package off at a dropbox, the insurance does not cover drop-off package.


DOES THE QUOTE EXPIRE?
Yes, it does. Because watch market are similar to stock market, our quote is valid within 7 days after we send it. Please contact us if you need more days to ship it or you have a second thought.


WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO WHEN I SHIPPED MY WATCH?
Once we receive your watch, our professional watchmakers will inspect it. And if there is no problem we will send you the payment immediately. We will inform you if you watch need a full overhaul or repair. If the watch is a replica, we will ship it back to you at your own cost.


WHAT HAPPEN IF THE PACKAGE LOST DURING SHIPMENT?
All our shipments are cover by the third-party insurance company. And they are going to cover the full quote price. If your watch lost or damaged during shipment, you are insured for the full amount we quoted for your watch. DO NOT DROP your package off at a dropbox, the insurance does not cover drop-off package.
